As a beer enthusiast with a keen eye for regional culinary delights, I was intrigued to find that the cooking here is grounded in the produce of twenty local producers, offering a taste of forgotten flavors from the past.I opted for a dinner featuring authentic regional dishes, and I must say, each bite was a savory delight. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, enhancing the dining experience. If you appreciate a blend of history and gastronomy, a meal at Rendez-vous des Gourmets is a must! beyond the culinary excellence, the serene garden and inviting bar added to the overall charm of the hotel. I found the breakfast spread, especially catering to gluten-free needs, to be diverse and satisfying. Whether you are passing through or seeking a gourmet getaway, Hotel Val de Poix is a tasteful choice in the heart of nature.
